Delivery Options

We dispatch all orders, unless otherwise stated within one working day of receiving payment confirmation. If you pay via credit card or Snapscan we receive payment confirmation automatically as soon as you’ve paid. If you pay via EFT or bank deposit, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of your payment clearing

All orders in South Africa – apart from outlying areas such as farms and small towns – are sent by courier door to door and a delivery fee of R60 per order is levied.

The delivery address is the address given by the customer when placing the order.

A tracking or waybill number will be emailed to the customer as soon as the package has been dispatched.

Courier deliveries are usually received with 2-5 days after dispatch from our warehouse. Sometimes sooner if you live in the Cape Town area.

COD + Collections

We are happy for you to collect your order from our warehouse in Durbanville provided you arrange for such collection with us via WhatsApp or by emailing orders@be-unique.co.za. Customers have the option to pay by cash or Snapscan if they choose.

International Orders

Orders from countries outside South Africa are accepted online but the shipping fees are calculated separately and added to your invoice manually. The shipping from SA is quite expensive and we encourage our customers to send their own courier to collect their orders where possible.

Kindly note that some countries levy an additional import tax on products imported from South Africa – this tax or import fees are for the customer’s account.
