Returns Policy

All our products are handmade and quality checked before they are sent out.

Returns will only be accepted for products within 7 days of the customer’s receipt. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.

If you wish to return a product kindly send us an email with photos and your feedback to orders@be-unique.co.za or WhatsApp us directly at 082 523 5399 or by clicking on the WhatsApp button provided on our website. The cost of such a return is for the customer’s account.

If you received the wrong product simply let us know and we will supply you with the correct product by courier at our cost. The cost of returning the product will be covered by Be Unique.
